The CACPR is a multi-disciplinary association of professionals dedicated to providing leadership in clinical practice, research, education and advocacy in cardiovascular disease prevention and rehabilitation for the enhancement and maintenance of cardiovascular health of Canadians.

Central to this goal has been the development of the Canadian Cardiac Rehab Registry (CCRR) aimed at improving the ability of the organization, its members and cardiac professionals across the country to benchmark clinical performance, improve research on cardiovascular disease, rehabilitation and care and influence health policy.
